Mr. Gindlesperger is a nationally recognized entrepreneur, inventor, author and consultant. He founded ABC Advisors and its successor, e-LYNXX Corporation, in 1975. Profit, non-profit and government organizations alike have benefited from his strategic insight and innovation that result in measured and substantial cost reduction.
Mr. Gindlesperger's sound advice and counsel have yielded results for those with fiduciary responsibility and the authority to take action to reduce costs. He has directed major initiatives in both the private and public sectors. He has testified before the U. S. Senate Committee on Rules and Administration regarding government print and procurement policy. He has worked directly with numerous Congressional and Senatorial members and staff and has advised Congress on the development, operations and future of government procurement.
He has been a lead fund raiser for senatorial, congressional and gubernatorial elected officials. He was a founder and chairman of Printing Industries of America's (PIA) PrintPAC (political action committee) and has been recognized for his contributions to PIA and services to the printing industry. He was inducted into PIA's Ben Franklin Honor Society of print industry leaders in 2009 for his lifetime contributions to the print industry. Supply & Demand Chain Executive honored Mr. Gindlesperger by including him in its 2010 listing of the most influential leaders in the supply and procurement profession in North America.
Mr. Gindlesperger invented the automated vendor selection procedure - the technology that is integral to e-commerce and optimizes cost reduction in the procurement of all custom and specification-defined goods and services. He has been granted a series of Automated Vendor Selection patents, including Patent No. 6,397,197, Patent No. 7,451,106, and post-Bilski Patent No. 7,788,143 (collectively, the “AVS Technology®”).
Under Mr. Gindlesperger's leadership, e-LYNXX has grown into the leading print management and procurement licensing firm in North America. e-LYNXX has been exclusively endorsed by Printing Industries of America (PIA) and named PIA’s “Best of the Best Workplaces in America”. e-LYNXX has also been named one of the top 100 procurement firms in North America by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.
His firm handles more than 200 on-going consulting assignments at any given time. Among its contracts is one with Educational & Institutional Cooperative Purchasing to assist colleges, universities and other institutions nationwide with procurement and spend management.
A native of Chambersburg, Pa., Mr. Gindlesperger is a graduate of Dickinson College, having majored in philosophy and religion.
In the community, he mentors teens to improve their studies and health and supports the arts through local and regional theatres. Mr. Gindlesperger has been honored by the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce with its Innovator of the Year Award for inventing his patented technology and with its Volunteer of the Year Award for his efforts in saving 3,000 jobs at the Letterkenny Army Depot. He is a past trustee of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Finucane serves as a key advisor and board member to e-LYNXX. He has been involved in every aspect of the firm’s growth and business development since its inception as ABC Advisors. His private legal practice concentrates on business and municipal law.
Mr. Finucane is a graduate of Georgetown (Law School and College) and is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association. He has practiced before various courts of common pleas, Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, the Federal Middle District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeal. He is a senior partner in the law firm, Salzmann Hughes, P.C.
In addition to his duties with e-LYNXX, Mr. Finucane serves on the boards of the Conococheague Institute and the Hawbaker Nature Trust. He has been a past member and president of numerous non-profit groups including Easter Seals and New Visions.

Mr. Granger serves as an independent board member to e-LYNXX. His expertise in relationship building and business development has been key to the firm’s explosive growth. In addition to his network of contacts, Mr. Granger brings expertise in analysis of technology trends, expansion opportunities and investment. He has been an active private equity professional for the past two decades, focusing on integration of businesses and their processes.
Mr. Granger has served as founder and chairman of Capital Access Forum (CAF Investments, LLC) since 1993. The Capital Access Forum was formed to provide a venue for emerging asset managers, brokers, entrepreneurs, institutional investors and lenders to pursue placement of assets and investments in entrepreneurial companies. The Forum was organized in collaboration with George Washington University and has accomplished a number of goals on behalf of the U.S. Commerce Department. These include the submission to the White House of a set of accepted recommendations, one of which was the $30 billion capital infusion provided to community banks in 2010.
Mr. Granger also served as co-founder and general partner of Ark Capital Management Fund, LP, a Chicago-based private equity firm with a national investment scope, focusing on middle market companies and emphasizing investments in minority and women owned businesses. As an emerging private equity firm, Ark pioneered the development of the emerging manager sector for private equity in the early 1990’s. He was also co-founder and co-managing partner of Ark Private Equity Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on small company buyouts.
In 1985 Mr. Granger began his private equity investment career at CIGNA Venture Capital, Inc., the venture capital subsidiary of CIGNA Investments, Inc. Following CIGNA, he served as investment manager for Xerox Venture Capital, an early stage, technology investment firm making strategic and financial investments on behalf of Xerox Corporation. In both firms he was responsible for investments in a number of flourishing technology driven firms that resulted in trade sales or initial public offerings (IPO).
Prior to entering the private equity industry, Mr. Granger worked in the Bell System, AT&T, as manager in the Special Services, Digital Data Group, where he pioneered the implementation of cutting edge digital services. He also served four years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam Era, where he received three meritorious promotions and various awards.
His publications include: Case Study on Hospital Management Companies; an editorial piece in the Wall Street Journal on Capital Gains Tax Reduction; and a Study on Venture Capital Opportunities in the Telecommunication Industry (Tuck Today Magazine).
In addition to serving on a White-House panel of industry leaders convened by the President’s Chief Economic Advisors, Mr. Granger has actively participated in numerous initiatives on private equity investments including: the Harvard Business School Venture Capital Panel; Dartmouth Minority Business Executive Education Program; U.S. Commerce Department MBDA Venture Capital Panel; SBA Venture Capital Panel; National Black MBA Association Venture Capital Panel; and chairperson of the ABLE (Alliance of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs.
Mr. Granger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in 1982 and an MBA from Dartmouth College, Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1985.
Mr. Granger serves as a member of the board of directors of the American Association of Entrepreneurs; American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO); several of Ark’s portfolio companies and other emerging companies. He also serves as an active participant in the Friends of Chicago State University (CSU) Mentoring Program that links CSU students with Chicago area executives.

Mrs. Gindlesperger has responsibility for finances, personnel, support operations and facilities. Beginning her employment in 1989 as office manager with e-LYNXX Corporation, Mrs. Gindlesperger has earned promotions to vice president, senior vice president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining e-LYNXX, she held a number of senior positions in entrepreneurships.
Mrs. Gindlesperger is a graduate of Wilson College and provides seasoned administrative and management expertise to the firm. In the community, she is an active supporter of the arts, serving on the board of the Totem Pole Playhouse, and social services, having been chairperson of the Franklin County Homeless Shelter Coalition. She also is active as a political fundraiser for local, state and Congressional candidates.

Mr. Hawks is responsible for legal matters affecting e-LYNXX Corporation and oversees patent licensing and enforcement. He is responsible for preparing congressional testimony, analyzing pertinent federal and state legislation and providing strategic council to government and procurement clients of e-LYNXX. During the past decade, he has counseled or represented hundreds of printers on matters relating to the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO).
Mr. Hawks graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. degree (magna cum laude) and an M.A. degree from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and won the school's most prestigious award for appellate writing and advocacy, the Leahy Prize Argument. Following graduation, he clerked for United States District Judge Albert V. Bryan, Jr. of the Eastern District of Virginia and then practiced in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC, as a commercial litigator and government contracts attorney. Mr. Hawks joined e-LYNXX in 1997 and has served as vice president, general counsel, corporate president, and member of the board.

Mr. Jackson directs the delivery of service excellence and provides operational leadership to clients of e-LYNXX Corporation. He leads the American Print Management division and oversees the execution of core competencies, including all customer support and professional services that strengthen client procurement and supply chain management.
Prior to joining e-LYNXX, Mr. Jackson was vice president of North American and EMEA operations for Convergys Corporation where he had previously held the role of vice president, international business development. Before Convergys, Jackson was director of Global Partner Management for Dell, Inc. where he had previously served as director of Outsourcing Operations and Customer Service and Support. He began his career in the healthcare industry where he held a variety of leadership positions focused on development and delivery of consulting, professional and field operation services. Mr. Jackson holds advanced degrees from the University of Akron in Biomedical Engineering, the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Executive Management and the Aresty Institute of Executive Education of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Business Process Outsourcing.

Mr. Long provides overall strategic and operational direction to the firm’s technological planning and development function. He oversees the planning, research and design of all e-LYNXX technical products, systems and infrastructure. He ensures that the company’s technology plans and capabilities are aligned with the business strategy and requirements of e-LYNXX clients.
After attending Johns Hopkins University, Mr. Long was employed by Frederick Trading Company with responsibility for design and implementation of client-facing remote purchase order entry and EDI systems as well as enterprise integration and data analysis projects. He joined e-LYNXX in 1994 and has served in a number of critical leadership positions.

Mrs. Snider leads the Government Print Management division and oversees the professional services requisite to building client sales revenues and profitability. For 25 years she has managed the team that fosters profitable growth and success of e-LYNXX clients through their attainment of work from the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) and other government agencies.
Prior to joining e-LYNXX in 1984, Mrs. Snider was with JLG Industries. Mrs. Snider graduated (magna cum laude) from Central Penn Business College with a degree in specialized business.

Mr. Patterson develops and directs corporate communications. During his 30-year career, he has created and managed proactive communications programs for financial services companies (First Atlanta Corporation, Wachovia Corporation and Sterling Financial Corporation), utility services (Westinghouse Electric Corporation, PJM Interconnection and GridSouth), telecommunications providers (Powertel and D&E Communications), real estate/resort developments (Sea Pines Company and Kiawah Island Company) and non-profit organizations (Berry College and the Project Management Institute). He began his career as a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.
Mr. Patterson graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Science degree in journalism and from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.

Mr. Wenner works with American Print Management clients to help them with their strategies and tactics for improving their print procurement. His role is to actively manage and cultivate client relationships and develop strategic partnerships with them.
Before joining e-LYNXX, he was a strategic account executive and facility management specialist in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with IKON Office Solutions, a Ricoh Company, where he served customers in Central Pennsylvania in the insurance, healthcare, manufacturing and higher education sectors. He also has been a solution architect and business development specialist for Banta Corporation (RR Donnelley) in Lancaster, Pennsylvania; a sales program developer for Vertis, Inc., in Baltimore, Maryland; a sales representative for Boyer Printing in Lebanon, Pennsylvania; and a production planner and account manager for Strine Printing Company in York, Pennsylvania.
A native of York, Mr. Wenner graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in printing management.

Ms. Tate's analytical background ensures each American Print Management customer gains the right combination of process, services and people for success.
Ms. Tate joined e-LYNXX in 1999 as a business process analyst. In addition to serving as client services manager, she is a member of the team that is responsible for the company's proprietary workflow and communication system -- the system that enables an organization to administer and manage its entire print procurement process starting from a creative idea and initial specification through all subsequent revisions, approvals, procurement, production, receiving and billing. Prior to joining the e-LYNXX team, Ms. Tate was a project coordinator for Chevy Chase Bank where she led several initiatives developing software as well as technical, training and support services. She has more than 12 years of experience with process and organizational reengineering and product development with specialties in implementation/deployment, project management, requirements elicitation, and quality assurance.

Mr. Traugott actively manages and cultivates relationships with strategic print buying clients nationwide. He provides American' Print Management clients with strategic direction and guidance on qualifying suppliers and preparing budgets, as well as training and monitoring of the production process.
Mr. Traugott's client services career in the print industry spans 17 years. He has been a digital imaging specialist at the National Gallery of Art, a sales service representative at DigiLink Inc., a print production coordinator at The World Bank and a team leader at World Color. Pre-press and printing for high-end color requirements are areas in which he has developed expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in graphic arts management at Old Dominion University.

Mr. Diehl is responsible for support services for American Print Management clients. These include training, contact center support, supplier sourcing and qualification, as well as procurement and production support services.
Previously, he managed the operations staff that supported both American Print Management and Government Print Management. He also has overseen security and maintenance of corporate headquarters in Chambersburg as well as the company’s offices in Washington, DC.
Mr. Diehl joined e-LYNXX in 1993 in the accounting department and has since received regular promotions. Prior to joining e-LYNXX, he held positions with Regency Thermographers (now Navitor).
He has completed studies in data processing, programming and database development at both Hagerstown Community College and Harrisburg Area Community College.

Mr. Berg is a serial entrepreneur and has been delivering innovative management solutions for 35 years. He is co-founder and principal of The Cost Reduction Group (CRG) with a value proposition focused on improving client cost structure for a variety of non-core expense categories including print. Mr. Berg aided in the startup of Constructive Interactive that developed and delivered interactive media and unique digital content. He also founded Jewel Communications to produce and fulfill unique direct mail print product solutions to support the insurance industry.
Previously employed by Moore Corp. (RR Donnelly) for 20 years, as a director and national account manager, Mr. Berg was responsible for the design, development, implementation and measurement of large print management programs for a number of Fortune 100 clients. He has delivered print management consulting services to clients in many industries including financial, healthcare and telecommunications.
After leaving RR Donnelly in 1998, Mr. Berg founded and became president of ProForma Systems & Solutions with a business model focused on consulting services designed to improve print procurement costs and process efficiencies for Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in both marketing and management from Bowling Green State University. He serves on an advisory committee to The Louisville Unban League.

Mr. Grevious, a former deputy executive officer for CalPERS (California Public Employees' Retirement System) and chief deputy director for the California Department of Social Services, has broad executive-level experience in policy development and administration in both commercial and government settings. He is a senior project consultant with CPS HR-Consulting in Sacramento, California.
Previously, he was executive director of public sector strategies with Extend Health, a market leader in providing defined-benefit Medicare programs. At CalPERS, he directed the purchase of health care for more than 1.2 million CalPERS enrollees and advised the chief executive officer and the board of administration. At the California Department of Social Services, he was appointed by the Governor as chief deputy director and he was responsible for more than 4,500 staff and an annual budget exceeding $21 billion. He advised the department director, the Health and Welfare Agency and the Governor’s Cabinet on social services policies.
Upon joining CalPERS, Mr. Grevious had more than 23 years of California State service. Additionally, he has served as an interim deputy director of the Department of Social Service’s Office of Child Support Services, deputy director of administrative services for the California Energy Commission, a director and supervisor for the Office of the Legislative Analyst, a legislative consultant for the California Department of Education, a fiscal and policy analyst for the Office of the Legislative Analyst and a budget analyst and management auditor for the California Department of Finance.
Mr. Grevious holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics and a master’s degree in business administration from California State University, Sacramento. He has participated in the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Rosenthal, founder of Shepard Communications Group, Inc. and a printing industry leader for nearly four decades, is a key advisor to the e-LYNXX management team. Shepard Communications is a direct mail print production management and consulting firm.
Prior to launching Shepard Communications, Mr. Rosenthal was senior vice president, sales and marketing for Webcraft Technologies, and a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee. National sales under his direction exceeded $250 million.
Before joining Webcraft, Mr. Rosenthal served in production, estimating and sales positions for MacNaughton Lithograph Company (now Unimac), working with advertising agency and Fortune 500 clients.
Mr. Rosenthal sits on the board of advisors of the New York University (NYU) School of Continuing and Professional Studies - Center for Graphic Communications Management and Technology. He serves as an adjunct instructor in the master’s program. He served as a board member of Printing Industries of America; the board chairman of The Association of Graphic Communications; and as a board member of the Graphic Communications Scholarship Award & Career Advancement Foundation.
He holds Bachelor of Science and Associate in Applied Science degrees in printing management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a published author on the topic of direct mail marketing and is a speaker at industry conferences.
Mr. Rosenthal is a Middlesex County New Jersey County Committeeman. He served in the United States Army Reserve as well as on the New Jersey Selective Service Board 56 as Board Chairperson.

Mr. Tadesse is managing director and senior vice president for international business development in the Washington office of GoodWorks International LLC. Since 2006 he has managed and coordinated all sectors of the GoodWorks international business development efforts ensuring continued expansion of company services and market access in Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
A seasoned international business transactions executive, Mr. Tadesse possesses two decades of experience in politics and international business. His employment history includes working with the Clinton White House and the Department of State serving as the senior advisor to the President’s Special Envoy for Africa as well as director for international affairs and senior advisor to the Reverend Jesse L. Jackson, Sr., founder, president and CEO, Rainbow/PUSH Coalition. Recognized as one of the leading practitioners in the demanding world of government representation, his experience and achievements on behalf of clients cover a broad range of issues and policies.
Prior to joining GoodWorks, Mr. Tadesse was the founder, president and CEO of Vintage Consult International. Specializing in international business consulting for Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, the firm provided a range of advisory services to promote and support successful business transactions with governments as well as private and public sector organizations throughout the world doing business throughout Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Mr. Tadesse has played a central role in the organizing and closure of significant bilateral and multilateral diplomatic and international business negotiations and has participated in numerous international trade missions encouraging U.S. businesses to explore investment opportunities in new and emerging markets with special interests in Africa.
Twice appointed by President Clinton as a member of United States Presidential Delegations to Africa, he is currently a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and The Global Information Network.
Mr. Tadesse is one of the most insightful young political thinkers in America. He draws on his many years as a strategist, advisor and consultant to deliver keen analysis and pointed opinion on the most critical geopolitical issues confronting policymakers. He often participates in public speaking, panel discussions and media analysis offering insights on critical business and policy matters of the day and the future.
Mr. Tadesse earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees in International Affairs, International Law and Political Management respectively from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Mr. Tadesse is fluent in English, Ethiopian, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Mr. Weinzierl has served the printing and allied industries for many years as a recognized business profitability consultant. He was president and chief executive officer of R&D Coatings in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. For 27 years, he was president of Belknap Business Forms in Mayville, New York.
Mr. Weinzierl graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, and he has performed graduate work in financial management at George Washington University. He also is a Certified Forms Consultant (CFC) and a Certified Document Consultant (CDC). He serves on the alumni advisory committee for the industrial engineering department at the University of Pittsburgh. His professional affiliations include the Print Services Distribution Association (PSDA) where he has served as manufacturing vice president and International Business Forms Industries where he has been North American Chairman. PSDA has inducted Mr. Weinzierl into its honorary Black Leaf Society. In the community, he is past president of the Mayville Rotary Club and past board president of the Westfield Memorial Hospital.

Michael J. Cannata is an entrepreneur with a proven track record as CEO of both start-up and early stage technology companies across multiple industries. He has been involved in the monetization of patents since founding BOCA Advisory Services Inc. in 2002.
Mr. Cannata also is a principal in Patent Monetization Inc., a patent merchant bank that provides advisory, brokerage and investment services. Through a joint venture with NW Patent Funding Corporation, he is an advisor and manager to the Northwater Intellectual Property Fund established in 2005 as one of the first funds involved in patent litigation financing. He was responsible for the fund’s investment in i4i, which filed a patent litigation suit versus Microsoft in 2007.
Mr. Cannata managed this high profile litigation on behalf of the fund that resulted in a $290 million judgment in favor of i4i, upheld under appeal at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and further upheld at the U. S. Supreme Court. The judgment also included a permanent injunction issued against Microsoft effective in January 2010.
As founder and CEO of Brokercom Inc, a financial services software company, Mr. Cannata created value for shareholders through a merger and acquisition transaction with Open Text Corporation, where Brokercom’s strategic patent asset was the key driver for the acquisition. After the acquisition, he assisted in developing an IP protection program and a patent licensing program for Open Text.
As president of Cybermation Inc, a systems management software company, Mr. Cannata’s executive leadership skills were recognized as the company was named one of the 50 Best Managed Private Companies in Canada in 1996, 1997 and 1998.
Mr Cannata has sat on a number of public and private company boards, is a member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES) and a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Toronto Chapter. In 2009, 2010 and again in 2011 Mr. Cannata was selected, by Intellectual Asset Management, to the IAM 250 list of World Leading IP Strategists. Mr. Cannata is also a fellow in the International IP Strategist Association (INTIPSA). Mr. Cannata has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University's Schulich School of Business and is a named inventor on five U. S. patents.
