Senior Sales Persons or Successful Brokers with Book of Business
Sales executives and brokers aggressively pursue and close new clients for our AVS Technology® and American Print Management divisions. The ideal candidates will bring established relationships with large procurers of print including direct mail, marketing, publications, commercial print, packaging and labels.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new account acquisition activities from lead generation and development through closure and implementation
- Develop and execute strategies to expand prospecting and market penetration efforts
- Generate and develop qualified leads (via cold calling, relationships and networking)
- Create, measure, manage, and report key sales performance metrics
- Access and neutralize competitors’ strategies and positioning
- Work with Client Services team to ensure prospecting activities are properly supported
Requirements:
- Minimum $10 million book of business; larger volumes preferred
- Pro-active self starter with intense desire to achieve objectives
- Ability to make articulate, effective presentations to a variety of executive audiences through face to face and virtual environments
- Ability to negotiate effectively delivering “win-win” results
- Ability to sell at all executive levels (junior through C-level)
- Excellent and consistent follow through skills

Client Services Specialist
A client services specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients providing direct (telephonic based) assistance regarding issues and questions. They also perform critical functions in developing, executing and continually improving our client facing operational services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and timely telephonic based assistance
- Provide system and process training
- Perform critical tasks associated with client program deployment and ongoing support
- Monitor active client projects to ensure timely and accurate milestone achievement
- Promote client relationships through positive interactions with key stakeholders
- Proactively identify and orchestrate prompt resolution of client issues
- Administer reports required to support ongoing improvement and accountability
Requirements:
- Minimum three years experience in a client facing role with a services based company (print industry experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Pro-active self starter with strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels (internally and externally)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft windows and web-based applications)

Client Services Manager
A client services manager assumes a lead role in actively managing and cultivating relationships with strategic clients. Government Print Management client services managers partner with our clients to help them identify, target and win profitable print jobs in the government marketplace acting as an extension of their sales function. American Print Management client services managers partner with our clients and become an extension to their print procurement organization by providing strategic direction, qualifying suppliers, preparing budgets and monitoring the production process through a patented business method. Client services managers provide critical leadership in developing, executing and continually improving client facing operational strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Support prospecting activities including participating in sales presentations, leading system demonstrations and providing subject matter expertise
- Provide system and process training to key client stakeholders
- Provide leadership and assume responsibility for client program deployment activities
- Manage client relationships, lead the strategic interaction with key stakeholders and maintain a deep understanding of client’s business activities and priorities
- Drive business growth of assigned clients
- Manage performance of client specific metrics which monitor quantitative, qualitative and fiscal key performance indicators
- Provide guidance and mentoring to client services specialists

A print specialist plays a critical role providing one-of-a-kind assistance to our clients in understanding both government and commercial specifications. Print specialists support Government Print Management clients by enhancing their ability to interpret specifications, establish target pricing and win government bid opportunities. American Print Management clients rely on print specialists to develop budgetary pricing for projects and source a robust, qualified pool of suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Build, manage and improve established pricing and analysis tools
- Provide accurate job pricing according to individual client and market needs
- Provide market analysis to assure that target pricing aligns with current trends
- Help clients understand latest market trends and their associated impact on cost
- Provide insight to print buyers to prepare appropriate specifications and pricing
- Perform supplier sourcing and management
- Provide training for suppliers and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of print estimating experience
- Deep print domain expertise including but not limited to specifications and pricing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
