Licensing is both a strategic benefit and a requirement
Any organization with a computer-operated system that procures specification-defined goods and services, by following the steps outlined in the AVS Technology™, would benefit from a license to use (or continue using) the patented process protected by the AVS Technology™. This applies to systems that are developed internally as well as those used through third-party brokers, procurement services and system providers.

e-LYNXX is open to discussions with interested parties that view licensing of the AVS Technology as an attractive proposition. Payment arrangements can be structured as (1) a percentage of measured cost savings; (2) a percentage of the dollar amount of the goods or services being procured using the AVS Technology™; (3) a fixed periodic royalty fee; or (4) a single lump sum payment. Exclusive licenses for particular industries or types of products or services will also be considered.
