Licensing is both a strategic benefit and a requirement
Any organization with a computer-operated system that procures specification-defined goods and services, following the steps outlined in the new business method patent, needs a license to use (or continue using) the patented methodology. This applies to systems that are developed internally as well as those used through third-party brokers, procurement services and system providers.

e-LYNXX is interested in working with any organization that sees licensing of the business method patent as an attractive proposition. License royalties can be structured based on the dollar amount of procurement being conducted using the patented business method, and exclusive licenses for particular industries or types of products or services will be considered.

Organizations presently using the patented methodology are required to obtain a license immediately. Entering into a cooperative licensing arrangement is preferred to legal enforcement.
